Ron is the founder All Star Investor and serves as its Executive Editor.  He is also Chief Investment Officer of Capital Cities Asset Management (www.ccam.com).  Quoted by Forbes, Barron's, Kiplingers and the New York Times, Ron is the industry go-to guy for sector rotation insight. 

Having run a hedge fund, a mutual fund, and now managed accounts, Ron has experience in both money management and investment publications.  Ron developed his own fund/equity momentum indicators while working as an engineer at IBM.  His All Star Fidelity Single Sector Strategy average returns are 19.6% for 17 years!

Ron, former U.S. Investing Champion, earned his bachelor's in Computer and Electrical Engineering at the University of Cincinatti with additional studies at the University of Texas.  Ron has been publishing All Star Investor for the past 17 years.

An industry veteran, John has worked in banking, money management and investment publishing for almost two decades.  Having worked for Morgan Stanley, Charles Schwab and Fisher Investments, John brings a wealth of knowledge to All Star Investor.  His insights have been quoted by Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal, Smart Money, Dow Jones' Marketwatch and many more.  John earned his Finance degree from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from Georgia State University. 

John's career has taken him from Georgia to California - Wisconsin to Texas - Canada to the United Kingdom.  Aptly named Rogue, John's insights can be read every week in our Market Commentary. 
  

Patrick Watson

Patrick has spent almost 20 years in the investment management business.  In that time, he moved from the front office to the back office to the driver's seat in managed accounts.  His experience and insight in the market are invaluable to All Star Investor.  Patrick earned his bachelor's degree from Howard Payne University and a Master's from Rice University.

Brandon Clay
Au Contraire Analyst

Brandon brings a broad understanding of investments, trading and technology to All Star Investor.  He spent time with State Farm Insurance and Dell, Inc. prior to coming to All Star Investor.  He wrote a Forex trading manual while associated with a trading education firm. 

Brandon earned his bachelor's from the University of Texas and has held a couple of securities licenses from previous roles.  Brandon's periodic thoughts can be found in our Market Commentary section.

Tanya has over 12 years of experience meeting retirement and investment goals for clients in investment management.  After working with Principal Financial Group, she moved to private asset management.  Tanya manages the business side of All Star Investor.
